One of the first of the many assignments I'll be posting from my art classes. I must say, it was quite fun to do, and I think I have a rather dark look, so I added the halo to try to balance it out.
I used my room mate's digital camera to take a picture of it, so the quality isn't the best and it's a little lighter than the original, but at least you can see what I'm up to. Charcoal and eraser on paper. (Edit: Adjusted contrast and brightness on image to better match original) |
